All Staff at the Holiday Club are experienced in child care and CRB cleared.      
They provided a safe environment for the youngsters.

 Parents were welcome to stay with their child if they wished.

Over five days, there was a total of 189 attendances at the Holiday Club.
In total there were 19 official volunteer staff/helpers and a number of parent/carer volunteers.

The pictures tell the story of the many activities that were enjoyed.

Holiday Club
Day One


49 youngsters shared a morning of fun and learning
games, handicrafts,
circus skills from Dippy The Clown

.Day Two
42 youngsters shared a morning of fun and learning
games, video story

Day Three
27 youngsters enjoyed warm-up games then,
along with an assortment of adult helpers,
walked to the Bayer Street Allotments where
they planted lettuce, picked potatoes and weeded raised flower beds before eating
a picnic lunch then walking back to Darkhouse
thank you to Bayer Street Allotment gardeners for a lovely time


.Day Four
41 youngsters had a very busy and active day,
with video story, games, making bread (in a bag),
street dancing, film

30 youngsters enjoyed the final day
with video story, games, drama, film
